Northwick is an Engineering business at heart, with a strong background in designing and building machinery.

The Lead Engineer and Director, Jon Isaacs, is a Chartered Engineer, registered with the UK Engineering Council and a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (The IET). Jon personally trains each Engineer and all Engineers are directly employed by Northwick.

Over the years, Northwick has designed and built special purpose equipment for customers around the world and this experience provides a depth of understanding which underpins our business today. This enables us to resolve all sorts of problems, on all manner of fitness products from all kinds of manufacturers.

  • Fantastic service – thank you! I put 3 for website as I didn’t know you had one, so will look at that soon!
  • Engineer arrived within the estimated time. He was polite and efficient, explaining what he was doing and what was required to rectify the problem.
  • Did not reach you through website but from an equipment company. Process was simple, staff were helpful and polite. Mechanic arrived on time and just got on with job. So I am a happy customer, well done
  • Very positive experience since using the firm to repair equipment last year to routine maintenance this week.
  • From raising the query. The response time from first contact to the engineer coming out to fix the problem was superb, along with very helpful staff.
  • The job isn’t finished yet as I need some parts, but the engineers who came out were brilliant. The response time from first requesting a diagnostic test to the engineers actually coming out was a bit slow (several weeks), but that wasn’t a problem for me. I hope the parts can be organised asap but overall a very good service
  • Great service from start to finish always being kept in the loop and never made to feel anything was too much trouble.

All packaging was cleared away and disposed of by the engineers. Their friendly outgoing approach was also appreciated. They were precise and checked all their work.The office staff were a pleasure to deal with – fast efficient and accurate and the advice and options I was given were clear and expert.
