Our Directors’ Update on Business Re-Start

We are pleased to announce a partial re-start of our business from 8th June 2020. This will include certain remote and onsite services where permitted.

Please note that our re-start will not result in business as normal as some markets continue to be in lock down and seem likely to remain so for the foreseeable future.

Onsite, online and administrative services will be carefully restarted to enable new bookings to be made and for existing orders to be fulfilled in a safe manner. During this time,  some resources may be unavailable while we gear up and prepare the necessary groundwork for a “new” business as normal.

Enquiries regarding bookings can now be directed via email to [email protected]

Statement issued 11/05/20 10.00am:-

Our Directors’ Update Concerning Corona Virus

Following a UK Government announcement at 7pm on 10 May 2020, we will begin the process of re-starting business operations at Northwick. For this to happen, corona virus risk assessments must be completed, staff must be re-trained, appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) must be acquired and new safe working practices must be adopted to ensure that our workplaces are safe and that we are adhering to social distancing guidelines.  When these tasks have been completed then operations may be re-started where it is viable to do so and according to what our customers and supply chain permit.  Although no date is set, it is anticipated that this could happen in June.

We acknowledge that our inability to re-start Northwick immediately may cause frustration in some quarters, however, the safety of our staff, our supply chain and our customers is our top priority. Meanwhile, our business remains temporarily closed and will stay closed until further announcement. Our staff are furloughed and have been asked not to report for work. As a result our emails, post and telephones are not being monitored as usual. Therefore urgent or important communications should be directed to The Company Secretary via email to [email protected]

Statement issued 27/03/20, 09.40am:-

Our Directors’ Statement Concerning Corona Virus

We’ve been doing everything possible to maintain business as normal and keep everyone safe but following a Government intervention on 23/03/20, we have immediately initiated steps to temporarily close all business operations for the foreseeable future. This measure is to ensure both the safety of our staff and to secure our business so that we can resume healthy trading when permitted.

Meanwhile, the Directors wish to thank our fantastic staff for your hard work, positive spirit and for doing your utmost to find a way through the disruption thus far.  While we are closed, we will continue to support you for as long as possible.

To our suppliers, be assured that although we are unable to accept deliveries or issue new orders at this time, we fully intend to pick up where we leave off and invoices will be paid in due course.

To our customers, thank you for your patience and understanding . We know these are difficult and unsettling times and we don’t want you to worry about orders that you may have placed or site visits that were planned. Rest assured that we will fulfill these orders as soon as we are able.

Finally, a huge thank you to our amazing NHS staff and all our key workers. What you guys do everyday is inspirational. We are indebted to you all!

While we are closed, please direct your enquiry to The Company Secretary via email to [email protected]

Stay Safe and Stay Home,

Jon and Alison Isaacs
