Assembly, Installs & Moves
Expert Installations and Extractions
Fitness machines are heavy and can be difficult to move. It is easy to cause damage by getting wires trapped and screw threads crossed. In fact, many of the repairs that we see result from equipment moves.
Avoid these problems by making use of our expertise. Whether you are a domestic client looking for a single machine to assembled or whether you are a commercial gym operator looking for a complete, turn-key, extraction and installation solution, we can provide you with all the necessary resources:-
- Experts for individual machine dismantle / re-assembly
- 2 person crews for safe lifting
- Manual handling aids
- Transportation for moving machines between sites
- Project management of complex or overseas re-locations
- Unboxing and assembling of new machines
- Onsite demonstrations for safe use and ongoing maintenance
Safety is our No. 1 priority and all machine moves are undertaken with at least 2 people. Our staff are fully trained in equipment assembly and safe manual handling. Machines are dismantled to ensure individual parts can be lifted safely within health and safety guidelines and where practical we make use lifting aids such as stair climbers, dollies and skates.
Prices depend on the resources required and your individual circumstances such as ease of access, door widths, number of steps, type of flooring and parking limitations. For this reason we ask that you complete a simple form (below) so that we can complete a full risk assessment prior to undertaking the job. This is for the safety of our staff and to protect your equipment from damage.

“Good afternoon Jon,
I would like to thank you for replacing our running machine and attempting to repair our ancient machine. Nick and Paul arrived today, after a very early start, and despite the awkwardness and weight, removed the old machine and put in the new one. Their cheerfulness brightened up a miserable rainy day and they showed not a small amount of professional knowledge. It has been a pleasure dealing with your organisation and I wish you continuing success. Regards, Colin Ryan” October 2020.
