I would like to congratulate you and your team on their speedy service, in getting my treadmill back up and running.  

Nikki initially via email was courteous, warm and business like.

Also Dave the engineer,  who quickly diagnosed and fixed my problematic treadmill within twenty minutes. He is a true professional , and obviously a real expert in his field.  

When dealing with 3rd party companies who send experts round to diagnose and quote/repair,  there is always initial apprehension that you will be treated with integrity and fairness.
